What is the Behaviorism Theory? How helpful is it?

Behaviorism is a learning theory that emphasizes the role of observable behavior in the learning process. It suggests that learning is a result of stimulus-response associations, where a particular stimulus elicits a specific response. This theory proposes that behavior can be shaped and modified through the use of rewards and punishments.
